Washington, D.C. – November 1, 2018 – The Society for Public Health Education (SOPHE) is accepting abstracts during its open call for webinars until January 3, 2019.
SOPHE offers monthly webinars on a variety of health topics for health education and health promotion professionals, educators and students. These webinars are recorded and made available via SOPHE’s online e-learning platform, the Center for Online Resources & Education (CORE).
SOPHE seeks webinar abstracts on a wide variety of topics and focus areas:
- health equity/disparities
- evaluation
- behavior change theory & practice
- social determinants of health
- cultural competence
- health communication
- technology, and many more!
The deadline to submit your abstract is January 3, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. EST.
SOPHE is a designated multi-event provider of Category 1 Continuing Education Contact Hours by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc. All abstracts undergo a review and approval by the SOPHE Continuing Education Review Committee. Continuing education credits are offered for all approved recorded webinars.
