SOPHE’s 2021-2025 Strategic Plan

The plan is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the SOPHE Board of Trustees, staff, members, and its strategic planning committee. Through focus groups, strategic planning and priorities, and many reviews the SOPHE mission, strategies and goals were transformed to accurately reflect the work of the organization and provide a direction for key priorities for the next five years.
